My adventure into rejuvenation niche started a few years ago when I began to notice that in a group of same age individuals some look more youthful than others. That sent me into GDsearch for what is involved in achieving the goal of rejuvenation, looking younger and being healthy.

Many factors come into play when developing a plan for self-improvement and rejuvenation. It’s about getting and staying healthy, practicing good eating habits, exercise, dietary supplements, anti aging vitamin supplements, etc. In addition to these factors, there are always external cosmetic procedures that can be applied at home as well as by professionals. Some are invasive, some non-invasive. I am not a medical doctor, always consult your own physician or other professional adviser before embarking on any program of self enhancement.

In my future blog posts, I will touch on all of the above mentioned elements one topic at a time. Your comments or suggestions for topics of interest would be greatly appreciated.

  1. Superb article. My father is 70 years old and I swear he looks about 45. I used to laugh at him while he was taking all those vitamins, reading labels, exercising, etc.

    Until I turned 40 and was in worse shape than he was. Now I exercise and eat right right along with him.

    1. Thank you for sharing. I am at the other spectrum of this. My mother keeps saying age gracefully. She always accepted it, but not me!! I figure, there is so much we can do, so why not take advantage of it.
