Do you feel as if time is catching up with you when you look in the mirror? Do you wonder if, facial exercises tone face? It is common knowledge that the neck is our true age giveaway. Over a period of time, sedentary muscles will lose tone and gain fat. The same principle applies to your face and neck. These muscles need to be exercised to stay youthful and firm.
There is nothing attractive about saggy, tired, loose skin on the neck, face, and along jawline. We spend tons of money on skin products and cosmetics, yet seem to forget (or just don’t know what to do) about neck and jawline. Ok then, you are going to change that attitude starting today.
Are facial exercises beneficial?
When it comes to facial exercises, there is a difference of opinion whether they are beneficial or not. Unlike body muscles, which are attached to the skeleton, facial muscles are only attached to facial skin, so exercises that are beneficial for your face, have to be done with care. Do not scrunch your face inwards, forming even more wrinkles, but in an upward and outward motion, to give it a lift.
Facial exercises increase blood flow to facial tissue and muscle, boost collagen production and skin elasticity smoothing out wrinkles and shedding years off your looks.
